Who we are
Located in the suburbs of Wallingford, Fond BYOB is devoted to using seasonal and fresh ingredients as much as possible occassionally featuring ingredients from the Styer’s home garden in Media.
Husband-and-Wife duo, Chefs Lee Styer and Jessie Prawlucki-Styer met in 2003 as students at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., and worked for Georges Perrier at Le Bec-Fin before opening Fond, a French inspired bistro in 2009 on East Passyunk Avenue in Philadelphia. The revival of Fond BYOB has been long awaited to its patrons of 15 years.
